How to use it & plan your routine
One applicator is one use. A steady routine is more useful than using extra at once.

- Gently insert the applicator for internal use.
- Slowly squeeze to dispense the gel.
- Discard the applicator after one use. Do not reuse or share it.
- This is a leave-on gel; do not rinse. Stay lying down for about 30–60 minutes after use for best comfort.
