Subscription Policy

Eligible products may be purchased as a subscription with a 15% discount and delivery every month or every 2 months. The available subscription options are shown on the product page before you purchase.

Recurring billing

By choosing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your original payment method at the start of each scheduled subscription cycle unless you change, pause, skip, or cancel the subscription before the next charge.

Managing or canceling a subscription

You can sign in to your customer account at any time before the next billing date to skip an upcoming order, pause, resume, or cancel an active subscription. If you need help, email support@olvaxin.com with the email address and order number associated with your subscription.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring billing and delivery. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not automatically canceled or refunded; our Refund Policy applies to those orders.
