Shipping Policy

Delivery area

We ship to standard addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C., and to Mexico. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses (including APO/FPO/DPO). Orders for both countries ship from the same U.S. warehouse.

Order handling time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time (America/Chicago) on a business day ship the same day; orders placed at or after 3:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Handling time is 0–1 business days.

Shipping rates and transit time

Standard shipping is free for orders of US$40 or more and costs US$4.99 for orders below US$40 in both countries. Prices and shipping charges for Mexico are displayed and charged in the equivalent Mexican pesos (MXN), using the exchange rate applied at checkout. Transit time starts after dispatch and is separate from the 0–1 business-day handling time.

• United States standard shipping: estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• United States express shipping: US$15, with an estimated transit time of 3 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is available only for eligible U.S. addresses.
• Mexico standard shipping via Cainiao: estimated transit time of approximately 10 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Carrier delays may affect these estimates.

Tracking and delivery support

After your order ships, we email tracking information. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first carrier scan.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover any reshipment cost before sending it again.

For late, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email support@olvaxin.com with your order number. We cover shipping costs needed to resolve damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
