Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days after delivery. All products are eligible, including opened or used products and sale or clearance items. We do not exclude products from returns as “final sale.”

Email support@olvaxin.com with your order number to receive return instructions. Contacting us first helps us identify your return and process it correctly.

Returns are sent to this U.S. address, not to an overseas warehouse. Include your order number with the return.

Return shipping and fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. For ordinary returns, including a change of mind, the customer purchases their own return shipping label and pays the return shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us with your order number and photos where applicable. We cover the shipping costs needed to resolve the issue, including return shipping if we request a return. Contact us before buying a label in these cases so we can arrange shipping at our expense.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your returned item, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds become available in your account.
