Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return policy for purchases shipped within the United States. You may request a return for a non-defective item within 60 days after delivery.

How to start a return

Email support@olvaxin.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving those instructions.

Return condition and cost

Please return items with reasonable care. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can review the issue and provide next steps.

Refunds

After we receive and approve your returned item, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds become available in your account.
